Since I'm not a native English speaker and I'm not very good either, I did this T.O.S. with a translator, if there is something you don't understand, you can ask me.I DON'T DRAW:
• Discrimination/hate based on gender/sex, religion, race, etc.• If you want something that is not in my price list (for example you want a pack of stickers) you can consult, and if I can I will give you a quote.IF YOU DECIDE TO COMMISSION PLEASE READ:
• I retain the right to refuse a commission for any reason.• In the event that the character is complex and/or clothing, the price will be affected and the corresponding charges will apply. The commissioner will be notified of such charges prior to payment arrangements.•The price includes a simple background, if you want a different background, it will be charged depending on the difficulty.• If the customer sends a reference sheet/shaded image or fursuit photos that do not include a solid color palette of the desired character, I will send a preview with the solid color in case you want to change any color. However after the delivery of the final job and you want to change color, the change will be charged ($2,00 +)• Normally on vacation it takes me to make a commission of 3 to 5 days (or more) depending on the drawing and its complexity in seasons of study take a week to 2 (or more), if I have outstanding commissions I will notify you and tell you an approximate waiting time, but if I take more pressure, sometimes I take one or 2 days off , if you put too much pressure on me, I'll cancel the commission.•At the moment I only have PayPal abroad, I can also accept RP (League of Legends game currency).• If the payment will be by PayPal, please only pay with DOLLARS, if you pay with another currency I will not accept it and I will return it to you. Also, send only the exact amount that appears in the price list (for example, if it says that it is worth $6.00, just pay the $6.00), I already have the PayPal commission planned, so if you deliver more than the requested amount, it will be taken as a tip.• Payment can be made in any form and time (for example, when delivering the first sketch or paying in advance the first half and the other half before delivering the final work) however the full payment must be made before the final product, not after.• If you only paid me half or nothing and do not respond to my messages, after a while I will be forced to make a warning on my page and in the buy and sell commission groups.• In case you want to cancel the commission and want a refund of your money, it can only be done in these 2 cases:
-If you have already paid in full and have not finished your commission yet. (Valid only until before the base color ends).
-If you have already paid a certain amount (from $8.00usd or more) and your commission has not yet finished. (Valid only until before the base color ends).
-In the event that I have finished painting the base color of the commission I am NOT going to refund your money, I remind you that buying commissions is a privilege not a necessity. (I hope you can understand me, because if you want a refund after the base color I will be wasting my time and money).
-In case you want a refund and it is within my terms, I will return the exact amount that you paid me (If for example I pay $6.00usd, you will be refunded $6.00usd).• I retain the right to artistic expression and the limits of personal style when representing characters and their designs.• I will share with you the progress shots during the work process. If you have concerns with any WIPs, please let me know as soon as possible.
Also be available for questions through your preferred contact method. If necessary, approve or reject the sketch.• Once the initial sketch is submitted, it is the commissioner's responsibility to notify me of all desired edits at once.• If during the course of the drawing you ask for too many changes (3 or more) you will be charged (the charge will depend on the desired changes).• If you want to change something when the drawing is finished (depending on the change) you will be charged.• If you are requesting multiple versions of the same drawing or want it to be saved differently, an extra charge will be charged depending on the versions to be saved.• I will send you the drawing in .PNG format to the mail (or wherever you prefer), if you want you can ask me to send it to you in another format (for example in .JPG format)
- If you want the drawing editing file (.PSD) there will be a double charge.
- It will be uploaded to my social networks (unless you tell me otherwise) with my signature, my logo and a text with my artistic name along with your name (EX: ART: AkamiNeko O.C.: AkamiNeko)• My signature and/or watermark must always remain visible on the part. Attempt to remove the signature and/or watermark will be deemed to be
a robbery. (The commissioner may request that the drawn part be resized to a certain dimension for printing or use as an icon)
In the event that the commission is edited without my consent I will be obliged to warn in my profile and I will not accept doing another job for you.• I do NOT agree with NFTs or AI art, so I will not allow my art to be used in these ways. If I find out that you are selling my art as NFT or putting it in an AI, I will warn you to stop. In the event that you do not want to stop doing so, I will be forced to stop working with you and I will also put a notice in my profile and groups.• You can post the drawing on your social networks, preferably giving me the credits (Not mandatory).Other rules:
• If the product is to be used commercially (e.g. the company pet) the price will be raised ($5,00usd +)• In the event of any theft or editing of the commission made by a third party I will notify the client and try to solve the problem in a peaceful way, if I do not receive positive responses from the third party I will be forced to warn in my profile and groups.

NO DIBUJARÉ:
• Discriminación / odio por género, sexo, religión, raza, etc.• Si deseas algo que no está en mi lista de precios (por ejemplo quieres un pack de stickers) puedes consultar, y si puedo te daré una cotización.SI DECIDES COMISIONAR POR FAVOR LEER:
• Conservo el derecho a rechazar una comisión por cualquier motivo.• En el caso de que el personaje sea complejo y/o la ropa, afectará el precio y se aplicarán los cargos correspondientes. El comisionado será notificado de dichos cargos antes de los arreglos de pago.•El precio incluye un fondo simple, si deseas un fondo diferente se cobrara dependiendo la dificultad.• Si el cliente envía una hoja de referencia / imagen sombreada o fotos del fursuit que no incluyen una paleta de colores sólidos del personaje deseado, enviaré una vista previa con el color sólido en caso de que quiera cambiar algún color. Sin embargo después de la entrega del trabajo final y desea cambiar de color, se cobrará el cambio ($2,00 +/ $2.000clp +)• Normalmente en vacaciones me lleva hacer una comisión de 3 a 5 días (o más) dependiendo del dibujo y de su complejidad en temporadas de estudios demoro de una semana a 2 (o más), si tengo comisiones pendientes te avisaré y te diré un tiempo de espera aproximado, pero si demoro más no me presiones, a veces tomo uno o 2 dias libres, si me presionas mucho anulare la comisión.•Por el momento solo cuento con PayPal para el extranjero y para Chile cuento con Cuenta RUT y TENPO, también puedo aceptar RP (moneda del juego League of legends).• Si el pago será por PayPal por favor solo pagar con DÓLARES, si pagas con otra moneda no lo aceptaré y te los devolveré. Tambien enviar solo la cantidad exacta que sale en la lista de precios (ejemplo si dice que vale $6,00 sólo pagar los $6,00), ya tengo prevista la comisión de PayPal, así que si me entregas más de la cantidad solicitada se tomará como propina.• El pago se puede realizar en cualquier forma y momento (por ejemplo, al entregar el primer sketch o pagar por adelantado la primera mitad y la otra mitad antes de entregar el trabajo final) sin embargo se debe realizar el pago completo antes del producto final, no después.• Si sólo me pagó la mitad o nada y no responde mis mensajes, después de un tiempo me veré obligado a hacer una advertencia en mi página y en los grupos de comisiones de compra y venta.• En caso de que quiera cancelar la comisión y quiera una devolución de su dinero, solo se podrá realizar en estos 2 casos:
-Si ya pagó por completo y aún no termino su comisión. (Válido únicamente hasta antes que termine el color base).
-Si ya pagó cierta cantidad (desde $8,00usd/$8.000clp o más) y aún no termino su comisión. (Válido únicamente hasta antes que termine el color base).
-En el caso de que ya terminé de pintar el color base de la comision NO devolveré su dinero, les recuerdo que comprar comisiones es un privilegio no una necesidad. (Espero me pueda comprender, ya que si desea una devolución después del color base estaré perdiendo mi tiempo y dinero).
-En caso de que quiera la devolución y este dentro de mis términos devolveré la cantidad exacta que me pago (Si por ejemplo pago $6,00usd/$6.000clp se le devolverán $6,00usd/$6.000clp).• Conservo el derecho a la expresión artística y los límites del estilo personal al representar personajes y sus diseños.• Compartiré con usted las tomas de progreso durante el proceso de trabajo. Si tiene inquietudes con algún WIP, hágamelo saber lo antes posible.
También esté disponible para preguntas a través de su método de contacto preferido. Si es necesario, apruebe o rechace el boceto.• Una vez que se envíe el boceto inicial, es responsabilidad del comisionado notificarme de todas las ediciones deseadas a la vez.• Si en el transcurso del dibujo pides demasiados cambios (3 o más) se le cobrará (el cobro dependerá de los cambios deseados).• Si desea cambiar algo cuando este terminado el dibujo (dependiendo del cambio) se le cobrará.• Si va a solicitar varias versiones de un mismo dibujo o quiere que se guarde de forma diferente se cobrará un cargo extra dependiendo de las versiones a guardar.• Te enviaré el dibujo en formato .PNG al correo (O donde prefieras), si quieres puedes pedirme que te lo envíe por otro formato (por ejemplo en formato .JPG)
- Si quieres el archivo de edición del dibujo (.PSD) se cobrara el doble.
- Se subirá a mis redes sociales (a menos que me indiques lo contrario) con mi firma, mi logo y un texto con mi nombre artístico junto con tu nombre (EJ: ART: AkamiNeko O.C.: AkamiNeko)• Mi firma y/o marca de agua debe permanecer siempre visible en la pieza. El intento de quitar la firma y/o la marca de agua se considerará
un robo. (El comisionado puede solicitar que se cambie el tamaño de la pieza dibujada a una cierta dimensión para imprimirla o usarla como icono)
-En el caso de que se edite la comisión sin mi consentimiento me veré obligado a advertir en mi perfil y a furuto no aceptaré hacer otro trabajo para usted.• NO estoy de acuerdo con los NFT o el arte de IA, por lo que no permitiré que mi arte se use de estas maneras. Si descubro que estás vendiendo mi arte como NFT o poniéndolo en una IA, te advertiré para que dejes de hacerlo. En el caso que no quieras dejar de hacerlo me vere obligado a dejar de trabajar contigo y también pondré un aviso en mi perfil y grupos.• Puedes publicar el dibujo en tus redes sociales, preferiblemente dándome los créditos (No es obligatorio).Otras reglas:
• Si el producto va a ser usado comercialmente (por ejemplo la mascota de la empresa) se subirá el precio ($5,00usd +/ $5.000clp +)• En el caso de que exista algún robo o edición de la comisión hecha por un tercero avisaré al cliente y intentaré solucionar el problema de forma pacifica, si no recibo respuestas positivas del tercero me veré forzado a advertir en mi perfil y grupos.
